1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and BubbleClean Inc. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using any of our services, including our website  https://bubbleclean.us/, booking tools, or communicating with us by phone, email, or app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined here. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By registering or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • You are using the services for personal, household, or business purposes (not resale or redistribution)

Minors under 18 must use our services only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be fully responsible for the service and any agreements made.

 

3. Service Overview

BubbleClean Inc. provides a simple and reliable way to schedule professional cleaning services throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Our platform makes it easy to book, manage, and enjoy high-quality cleaning at your convenience.
How it works:

  • You book a cleaning service through our website or mobile app
  • We match your request with a qualified cleaning professional based on your location, availability, and service needs
  • After the cleaning is complete, we process the payment securely and ensure your experience meets our quality standards

We strive to maintain consistency by assigning the same cleaner for recurring appointments whenever possible.
All payments are handled electronically through secure, cashless transactions for your safety and convenience.

 

4. Registration & Accounts

To schedule a service, you must create an account on our website or app. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Use your account solely for your own household or business

You are fully responsible for any activity under your account.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel accounts or jobs at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

 

5. Service Area & Availability

Our services are currently available in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. While we aim to match you with an available Provider quickly, we do not guarantee service availability in all locations at all times. We reserve the right to decline service in certain cases, including unsafe environments, inaccessible locations, or unreasonable expectations outside of our scope.

 

6. Payments & Billing

  • All bookings must be paid electronically via credit/debit card.
  • No cash payments are accepted.
  • A pre-authorization may be placed on your card before service.
  • Final charges are made after service is completed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life gets busy and appointments can occasionally slip your mind. That’s why our automated system sends you reminders in advance of your scheduled cleaning — giving you plenty of time to cancel or reschedule if needed.
To help us keep our schedule efficient and fair to both clients and cleaners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
If our team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access within 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the $50 cancellation fee will apply.
For recurring services, if you cancel after the first visit, you will be charged the difference between the discounted rate and the standard one-time service rate.

 

8. Services We Do Not Offer

To protect our team and ensure safety, we do not offer:

  • Homes over 7,000 sq ft or more than 8 bedrooms/bathrooms
  • Cleaning full cabinets or fridges (we do our best, but access may be limited)
  • Chandelier cleaning or wet wiping light bulbs
  • Biohazard cleanup (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, human/animal waste)
  • Hoarding or junk removal
  • Fraternity/sorority/dorm/post-party cleanup
  • Medical/veterinary/daycare facilities
  • Rodent/insect removal
  • Carpet shampooing, upholstery or furniture fabric cleaning
  • High-reach areas (above a 2-step ladder)
  • Exterior window washing
  • Garages or outdoor areas
  • Unfinished flooring

9. Refunds & Re-Cleans

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the appointment
  • Include photos of any missed areas
  • We will evaluate your request and may offer a re-clean or partial refund

Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for compensation.
BubbleClean Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a refund or re-clean is warranted.

 

10. Price Adjustments

Pricing is based on the size and condition of the property as estimated during booking.

  • If the actual condition of the property requires significantly more time or effort than expected, we reserve the right to adjust the price or decline service.
  • You will be informed of any changes before proceeding.

 

11. Promotions & Referral Program

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or referral bonuses. These:

  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Must be entered at the time of booking
  • Are subject to change or expiration without notice

Referral Fee Policy:
If a current or former BubbleClean service provider is hired outside of the platform by a BubbleClean client, a $5,000 referral fee will be charged.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

Providers have the right to refuse or end service on-site if:

  • The home is in unsafe or unsanitary condition
  • The environment makes the cleaner feel threatened or disrespected
  • The job booked is significantly different from what was described (e.g., post-party, hoarding)

In such cases, a maximum cancellation fee will be applied.

 

13. Confirmation & Scheduling

Booking a service online or over the phone does not guarantee your requested time slot. A booking is only confirmed via email after our team verifies availability.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies or overbooking. We do our best to avoid this and will notify you as soon as possible.

 

14. Disputes & Liability

At BubbleClean Inc., we are fully insured and bonded, and committed to handling all concerns with professionalism, transparency, and care.
If a dispute arises, we will:

  • Promptly gather statements from both the customer and the assigned cleaning professional
  • Conduct a fair internal review based on the evidence provided
  • Offer a non-binding resolution recommendation to help resolve the issue efficiently

While we always strive for exceptional service, we understand that problems can occasionally occur. In the event of property damage, loss, or other issues:

  • BubbleClean Inc. is not liable for any interactions or agreements made outside of our platform
  • Our maximum standard liability for claims is equal to the total cost of the service

If the value of a claim exceeds the cost of the service, we will review the case individually to determine an appropriate course of action.
To ensure a timely and fair resolution, all issues must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

 

15. Safety & Health Policy (COVID-19 & More)

While we encourage the use of personal protective equipment, we cannot guarantee:

  • That your provider has not been exposed to COVID-19 or other illnesses
  • That your provider is fully vaccinated (please contact us to request one if needed)

We ask both clients and cleaners to respect social distancing and safety measures during service.

 

16. Reviews & Customer Feedback

We encourage all customers to leave honest feedback. If you provide verbal feedback over the phone, BubbleClean Inc. may post it on your behalf and you can update it anytime via your account dashboard. Repeated poor reviews or policy violations may result in account suspension.

 

17. Promotions, Gift Cards, & Vouchers

  • One promotion or gift card per household per service
  • Unused balance from a gift card or promo code is not refundable
  • Third-party gift vouchers must be honored with the issuer, not BubbleClean
  • BubbleClean reserves the right to deny or adjust usage of promos at any time

 

18. Communication & Privacy

We may contact you via:

  • Email (for confirmations, updates, or notices)
  • Phone or text (for time-sensitive matters)
  • Live chat during business hours

Any user-submitted content (emails, messages, reviews) must be respectful and lawful. All content you send may be stored and reviewed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

19. Website Content & Accuracy

We strive to keep our website updated, but some city pages or service areas may be prepared in advance and not 100% accurate. Please confirm with us directly if unsure.

 

20. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and images on https://bubbleclean.us are owned by BubbleClean Inc. or its partners and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written consent.

 

21. Legal & Liability Disclaimer

We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or quality of the platform or services. All use is at your own risk.
We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by providers
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Damages exceeding the cost of service provided

 

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Chicago, IL.
