This service is more intensive, with extra time allocated, stronger cleaning solutions, and a larger crew if needed. We work with sensitivity and discretion, and we don’t judge — we just clean.

Cleaning of biohazards, including mold or mildew remediation

Hoarding situations or large-scale junk removal

Animal or human waste cleanup (e.g., litter boxes, feces, bodily fluids)

Dead insects or rodents removal (mice, rats, etc.)

Dormitories, fraternity/sorority houses, or post-party cleanups

Medical or childcare facilities, including:

Doctor’s offices
Dentist offices
Veterinary clinics
Daycare centers

Heavy-duty scrubbing or scraping of walls/floors
(Light wall dusting upon request)

Carpet steaming or shampooing

Upholstery or furniture fabric cleaning

High-reach areas (beyond a 2-step ladder)
